How it works

Ten steps to a confirmed release

Four phases show clearly which actor acts when, and at which point a release is prevented.

Phase 01

Capture

  1. 01Display privacy information
  2. 02Capture live face
  3. 03Scan ID and MRZ

Phase 02

Verify

  1. 04Compare biometrically
  2. 05Query OASIS status
  3. 06Evaluate result

No clear result → no release.

Phase 03

Confirm

  1. 07Staff confirms or declines
  2. 08Player selects device

No confirmation or timeout → no release.

Phase 04

Release

  1. 09Release selected device
  2. 10Confirm technical feedback

Missing technical confirmation → no release.

Fail-closed

A failed identity check, a negative or unclear OASIS response, missing staff confirmation, a timeout, or missing technical confirmation do not lead to release.

Responsibility in the process

EOAS performs the technical checks. Authorised staff confirms or declines the pre-checked process. Only then can the player select a device.
